

Building the physical and mental foundation required for athletes to compete at their highest potential is at the core of what I do. My methodology is built on the Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) framework, prioritizing a strong, durable body alongside explosive speed and power.
As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, I identify the movement habits that hold athletes back and increase their risk of injury. By pairing progressive strength training with functional mobility, I help athletes transition from raw talent to refined, resilient competitors.

By teaching athletes to use intentional breathwork, I equip them to seamlessly shift from the intensity of competition to high-efficiency recovery.At JSA Performance, my focus is on the developmental steps that allow U13–U16 athletes to perform at their best and stay healthy throughout their entire competitive journey.
