

I develop the physical and mental foundation required for athletes to compete at their highest potential. My methodology is built on the Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) framework prioritizing a strong, durable body alongside explosive speed and power.As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, I identify the movement habits that hold athletes back and increase their risk of injury. By pairing progressive strength training with functional mobility, I help athletes transition from raw talent to refined, resilient competitors.I believe elite performance starts with the nervous system. I train athletes to use intentional breathwork to shift from the intensity of competition to high-efficiency recovery. At JSA Performance, we focus on the developmental steps that allow U12–U18 athletes to perform at their best and stay healthy throughout their entire competitive journey.
